Shipping Policy

We've always hated paying extra for shipping, so we've decided to get rid of extra shipping costs wherever we can. With most orders shipping is free, however shipping to some countries may cost extra.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping to the USA.

 

Shipping Time: Once you place an order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and preparation. After shipping, transit times typically range between 3-20 business days depending on where you are in the world. Additionally, please be aware that we might ship orders with multiple products separately to ensure you receive your items promptly.

Important Info: Refunds are not applicable for free items; however, replacements will be provided for items lost during shipping. Replacements are dispatched within 15 days of receiving proof of the item not working correctly. 

Returns: We offer replacements for damaged items. A case must be opened with us within 15 days of your order in order to process a refund or replacement. Unfortunately due to the nature of the SovaSleep Patches we only offer refunds for the SovaSleep Honeycomb, but we will issue a replacement for damaged SovaSleep Patch orders.
